I’m a new client — what should I book?
If you’re unsure, start with a Consultation ($30). We’ll talk through your hair history, goals and budget, then build the perfect service plan. For extensions, a consultation is required before your first install.
How does your colour pricing work?
Colour and blonding are priced as a flat service rate plus the actual product used during your appointment, tracked gram-by-gram with Vish. That means fair, transparent pricing — you never pay for product your hair didn’t need.
What is “lived-in” colour?
Lived-in colour is designed to grow out softly and beautifully, so you can stretch the time between appointments without harsh regrowth lines. It’s lower-maintenance colour built around your natural base.
How should I arrive for an event style?
Please come with clean, washed and blow-dried hair. If you have hair accessories you’d like to wear, bring them along and we’ll do our best to incorporate them into your style.
How long do extensions last and how are they maintained?
It depends on the method (K-Tip, tape-in or weft) and how quickly your hair grows. Returning clients book regular maintenance appointments to keep them looking seamless. New to extensions? Book a consultation first.
Where exactly are you located?
We’re inside Resolve Salon Suites, Suite 9 — 32904 Ventura Ave, Abbotsford, BC V2S 6J3. There’s parking on site, and it’s a private studio so it’s easy to find once you’re in the building.
